All candles are prepared and dispatched from our Jamnagar studio within 24–48 hours. Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive delivery in 3–4 business days. Other regions take 4–6 business days via air-express logistics partners.
The first burn is crucial! Allow the melted wax pool to reach the complete outer circumference of the vessel (approx. 2–3 hours). This creates an even wax ‘memory’ and guarantees a smooth, flat melt pool on every subsequent light without hollow tunneling.
Yes! We offer bulk bespoke pouring across our 9 signature shades (White, Pink, Lavender, Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Brown) with custom monogram tags and luxury boxes. Please allow 1–2 weeks advance notice for bulk event orders.
Every candle is shielded in custom shock-absorbing, thermal-insulating packaging. However, in the rare event of transit damage, simply email us a photo at ashaaralifestyle@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will dispatch an immediate complimentary replacement.
Always trim the wick to approximately 5mm (1/4 inch) before each lighting. Trimming prevents mushrooming, eliminates black smoke, and ensures a peaceful, steady flame that maximizes your candle’s burn duration.
